What is Logging and Its History?
PORDOC manages documents as easily as file structures on computers. Furthermore, managing subfolders and the connections between them, dependent on main folders, is a very easy and effortless process. At the same time, it compels users to use the dynamic structures required for document management systems and PORDOC, thereby minimizing user-related errors. It not only records changes but also effectively keeps records and history of who viewed all necessary documents. Accordingly, it keeps a history of all necessary information, such as who changed which documents, when, and where. The monitored folder also automatically moves all documents that fall into specific local or network folders within document management and systems to the DYS library.
Email Notifications and Virtual Folders
With email notifications, all users can send an email containing different changes to other personnel and desired recipients if they wish others to see the changes they made to a document. Additionally, depending on requests, changes made in document management and types are automatically reported to predefined addresses. In virtual folders, virtual folders can be created within PORDOC, and documents belonging to different subjects can be stored or shared with others in these created virtual folders.
