Laminate Veneers
The Lamine Veneer Construction Process
Laminate veneer, also known as leaf porcelain, is an aesthetic dental application. It is applied to patients with aesthetic imperfections in their front teeth. You can achieve the most natural leaf laminate applications by choosing the clinic. If there are shape and color disorders in the front tooth alignments, laminate veneers made of porcelain are manufactured. Then, thin, translucent, transparent, naturally-looking teeth are fitted to the patient.
In Which Cases Are Lamine Veneers Recommended?
Lamine veneers are applied as a layer to teeth with damaged structure and shape. They are fitted over the existing tooth. When viewed from the front, a natural-looking appearance indistinguishable from natural teeth is achieved. They are especially recommended if there is staining and abrasion on the teeth. Each patient's veneers are designed differently according to their tooth dimensions and positions. Leaf laminate veneer treatment is recommended for spaced teeth, broken or worn teeth, deformations, old fillings that have lost their color and structure, and for correcting crooked and misaligned teeth. First, the patient's face, mouth, tooth alignment, and smile shape are examined. Decisions regarding the shape and position of the leaf laminate veneer alignment are made. Tooth preparation is done by taking computerized photographs. The front surfaces of the teeth are reduced by about 0.3-0.7 mm, and then the tooth construction phase begins. Sometimes, tooth preparation is not necessary. In the first stage, temporary veneers made of acrylic material are fitted to the patient. When the real leaf laminate veneers are finished, the temporary ones are removed, and the permanent ones are fitted and bonded in place. If you want to face a perfect and flawless smile when you look in the mirror, you can have this application done in the best way at Ömer Bayar Dental Clinic.
